Return & Refund Policy – Madam Amina Official

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Final Sale items and custom-made items are non-returnable.

Customers must contact us and receive approval before sending any return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If an item is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for review.

Madam Amina Official reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy or in cases of suspected abuse.
