Shipping Policy – Madam Amina Official (USA)

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Madam Amina Official is responsible for orders until they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

Madam Amina Official is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.
